The "Tarrea Queen" is fully licensed by the Department of Marine. The boat is equipped to the highest possible standards with a full electronic package on board. Including radar/GPS/VHS Radio/Fish finder etc.

The vessel is fitted with a purpose built diving platform which can cater for survey work and diving clubs. Diving equipment can be arranged locally.

Safety on the Tarrea Queen

• All vessels are licensed and inspected regularly by the Department of Marine
• All crew members hold professional qualifications
• The boat undergoes an extensive safety check prior to each sailing
• We are fully insured
• We carry safety equipment well in excess of the legal requirements
• It is compulsory for all passengers to be fitted with a life jacket
• We will refuse boarding if you are intoxicated in any form
• It is advisable to wear extra layers of clothes, as it is colder at sea than on land
