Charter Tours of Galway Bay
Tarrea Queen Tours specialise in scenic tours around Galway Bay and surrounding areas. Taking in sights such as Deer Island, Kinvara Bay, Island Eddie and Martello Towers in the Ballyvaughen area. Trips to and around the scenic and picturesque Aran Islands can also be arranged upon request.

As the waters around Galway Bay are rich in a wide variety of fish, our fully equipped vessel will cater for both complete beginners and also to the more experienced angler for which we will provide all types of equipment. Dive Charters/Sea Survey Work
As the coastline along Galway is home to one of the richest marine and plant life areas this country has to offer. Tarrea Queen is ideal for hire to the Marine Industry for diving and research purposes.
Tarrea Queen has a purpose built diving platform with an oxygen bottle storage rack and therefore is ideal for dive survey works. It is also suitable for use by diving clubs or enthusiasts who wish to charter the vessel. Diving equipment can be hired locally |

Eco Tours

Explore the natural beauty of the unpsoilt Galway Bay area. Eco tours include seal and porpoise watching, and also a wide variety of bird watching. Trips to Cliffs of Moher can also be arranged, details can be provided upon request |
Specialised Fishing Trips
There is a wide range of fishing available-drift fishing, wreck fishing and bottom fishing. We also take advantage of the good shark fishing available in the area. The blue shark is the most commonly caught shark, the Porbeagle is also targeted.Tarrea Queen is an active participant in the Central Fisheries Boards's shark tagging programme which encourages tagging and release of all sharks caught.
The boat can be chartered for up to 3 days, with accomodation being provided on the Aran Islands. |

School Tours

The "Tarrea Queen" also caters for school tours and educational trips. This service is extremely popular with Transition Yr students. Packages can be tailor made to include fishing and wildlife watching as well as historical tours to the Aran Islands.
